• Available in Voltage Rating of 2,000V to 25,000V
• Oil, saltwater, and chemical resistance are not a concern for this cable to 260°C with optional Teflon® jacket
• Braided 304 stainless steel jacket or interlocked armor is available overall when the cable will likely experience abnormal physical abuse
• Can be cut and terminated on the jobsite and requires no special tools and connectors

• Cost less than CST 450
• Temperatures from -60°C through 260°C
• Applications such as ignition lead wire for flare stack applications, blast furnace instrumentation, curing systems, glass fabrication, plastics manufacturing, fuel igniter applications, offshore oil rigs
• Available in Voltage Rating of 2,000V to 25,000V
• This dielectric will not melt or flow at temperatures up to 3000°F
• Oil, saltwater, UV rays and chemical resistance are not a concern for this cable up to 260°C with optional Teflon® jacket.
• Braided 304 stainless steel jacket or interlocked armor is available overall when the cable will likely experience abnormal physical
• Cut and terminated on the jobsite and requires no special tools and connectors
• Standard jacket color is tan.

260°C (500°F) Thermoset PTFE Teflon® Insulated High-Voltage Lead Wire 25,000 VDC
• PTFE Teflon® retains its properties after service at 260°C (500°F) to -80°C
• Chemically inert to nearly all industrial chemicals and solvents
• Available in voltage ratings from 2000V to 25000V, the lower the voltage rating the lower the cost.
• PTFE insulated cables are 20 - 50% smaller in diameter which lends itself to applications where space is at a premium
• UL recognized.
• Typical applications include: gas ignitor systems for furnaces, gas water heaters, ovens, piezoelectric spark ignitors and similar applications to 260°C (500°F).
• Cable is available in fully pigmented colors to aid in positive identification.
• Stainless steel braid is available for additional mechanical protection.

• Insulating system is a modified 250°C silicone rubber backbone rated 25 KVDC
• Teflon extruded outer skin to reduce the coefficient of friction and add a chemical resistant barrier
• Standard color is Red
• cable is easy to pull through conduit and can be cut and terminated on the jobsite with conventional tools

• Intended use is internal wiring of appliance and electronic equipment.
• Thermal wire and cable uses a UL recognized component for the backbone of this construction
• Typical applications include gas ignitor systems for furnaces, gas water heaters, ovens, piezoelectric spark ignitors and similar applications to 250°C (482°F).
• Cable is available with optional impregnated glass braid, FEP or PFA extruded jacket to further protect and allow cable to be easily pulled through conduit
• A stainless steel braid is optional for additional mechanical protection
• Standard color is Orange |
