A. Terms of Payment
Net 30 days from date of invoice. Interest on late payments will be charged at highest rate permitted by applicable law.

FOB Naples, Florida
C. Pricing and Quantity
On any orders, Seller reserves the right to ship and invoice +/- 10% according to industry standards unless otherwise specified.
D. Terms
All prices quoted, all orders accepted, and invoices are rendered exclusive of federal, state, local, excise, sales, and similar taxes. Such taxes, when applicable will appear as separate, additional items on Seller's invoices, unless Seller receives a property executed exemption certificate from the Buyer prior to shipment.
F. Deliveries
Seller shall not be held responsible for delay in deliveries hereunder if caused by fires, flood, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, acts of war, priorities required or requested by any government authority, transportation delays, restrictions imposed by Federal or State law or regulations. Seller’s inability to secure to secure raw materials, or other causes beyond Seller’s control.
G. Buyer’s Material
Buyer expressly represented and warrants that any goods supplied to Seller for the purpose of manufacturing goods for the Buyer shall be merchantable and of good material and workmanship and free from any defects that all goods shall be in accordance with Buyer’s specifications and shall be fit and sufficient for the purpose intended.
H. Return of Goods
If Buyer wishes to return goods to the Seller because they do not allegedly conform (including defects) to the other requirements, a written notice setting forth the specific details of the alleged non-conformity must be received from Buyer by Seller within 60 days after the goods were delivered to Buyer.
