December 2010- As of November 2010, Thermal Wire and Cable completed its transition over to the ISO 9001:2008 quality management standard! “The ISO process is so vigorous that many companies feel a sense of completion once they have been certified,” says Jenna Fleisch, who has been the ISO lead auditor and management review spokesperson. Due to her bold efforts in leading the ISO certification effort, as well as, fulfilling her daily responsibilities as sales support and accounting, we thank her for all the time spent towards this huge achievement of Thermal Wire’s. ISO 9001:2008 is the latest edition of the International Standard used by organizations in 175 different countries as the framework for their quality management systems and practices good management skills with the aim of ensuring that an organization can continually deliver the products and services that meet the customers’ quality requirements.
