Gas Turbine Multi-Core Electric Cable 450°C 600V

These multi-conductor cables are designed for a continuous operation at an ambient temperature range from -40C- +450C. Shielding is available as an option. Class H, flexible stranding, is employed and is of Nickel alloy material minimum nickel percentage 27%, and is oxygen-free high conductivity. Passes Mil-DTL-25038J Wet Dielectric test. Passes Shake and Bake Flame Test under vibration. Reduced diameter construction for installations in space limited areas. Fused PTFE tape design has been created for fluid susceptibility like Skydrol for corrosion purposes.

Flexible stranding, is employed and is of Nickel alloy material minimum nickel percentage 50MI, and is oxygen-free, high conductivity. Fused PTFE jacket and primary insulation passes ASTM D975-74 Diesel fuel oils, ASTM D1655-75 Standard Specification for Turbine fuels, ASTM D2880-76 Gas Turbine Fuel Oils, Mil-L-23699 Synthetic Oil, Splashing. A PTFE glass tape is applied for additional cut through resistance.
